Shipping & Return Policy
We are proud to offer our customers flat rate shipping for all orders, We ship most of our orders via USPS. For 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery, most orders ship via UPS. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid address on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays). You can calculate your ups shipping after checkout. Commercial delivered are usually less expensive then residential.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.
2nd Day and Next Day purchases placed by 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped on the same day, depending on product availability. All expedited shipping orders placed after 11:00 am PST will be processed and shipped the next available business day. Note that these times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions.

Tracking Shipped Orders
Tracking information will be sent via e-mail upon shipment of goods. Charges are subject to change without notice.
We want you to be satisfied with your Bella 3D purchase. If in the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer's control, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 30 days the product is nonrefundable.
If you simply wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Bella 3D is not responsible for these types of return shipment fees.
To start your return or exchange process, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 669-228-9999 with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued.
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Bella3d always tries to ship all items on your order, however sometimes, an item becomes unavailable. If this happens while we're processing your order, we'll let you know by sending you an email.
