Refund policy

To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form HERE or by emailing us at info@bella3d.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with your Order Number in the comments as well.
-  To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as purchased -> Lash Trays must be in its original packaging.
-  Shipping and Handling will be your responsibility. All eligible refunds will be processed minus the cost of $7.00 for a return label. 
-  Please allows 7 business days of receiving your return for our team to process a refund back to the original card. We will send you an email when we receive your return and when we start the refund process.
- Orders must be received within the 30 days of receiving the order or they will refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
- Please note all approved refunds may take 3-5 business days for the banks to complete the refund.
-  We can only refund the order back to the original card used for the purchase. If the card you used originally is no longer valid, we can issue a gift card for the balance owed. We cannot deposit it back into a different card or a bank account.

In-Store purchases will follow the same policies for online orders.
- Eligible products returned within 15 days will receive full credit back. After 15 days, the return will be in the form of store credit only.
- Returns received after 30 days will refunded minus a 25% restocking fee.
- After 3 months - all purchases are considered final sale. We can no longer restock and sell this products and must absorb the costs. There will be no store credit for these purchases.
