Our Shipping Policy
At Bella3D, we strive to ship out all our packages as soon as possible. Any orders placed before 3PM PST, will be dropped off at the Post Office same business day. If orders are made past 3PM PST, they will be shipped out the next business day. Saturday packages are picked up by 12PM PST. We do not ship items on Sundays, but items will be packed up that day for shipments on Monday (you may receive an email on Sundays as we put orders together).
Please note that USPS only has package movements on business days. No movements are made on weekends. Our warehouse is located in San Jose, CA – if you are ordering for items to be sent over to the East Coast, please allow an additional 2 business days due to a COVID impact.
We are proud to offer our customers a flat rate standard shipping charge at $7 for all U.S. orders (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Orders that are $99 and over will be shipped FREE via standard shipping. Optional USPS Priority Mail shipping is available. Orders are shipped and delivered to a valid mailing address only. You can calculate your shipping rate prior to checkout.
Transit Time does not begin until your package leaves the shipping carrier's facility and does not include weekends or holidays. Your delivery time may very if there are unforeseen circumstances by the carrier.
We can only ship out your order to the address provided when you check out. Bella3D is not responsible for any postal returns due to incorrect addresses provided when checking out.
- If you made an error and entered the wrong mailing address, please email us as soon as you can at info@bella3d.com – we will correct your address if it is still within our warehouse.
- If an order is returned by the post due to an invalid address, you will need to repurchase a shipping label, or we can assist with a return.
USPS Delivery Guidelines
- All shipped orders will have an email sent from our E-Commerce shipping partner with the tracking information attached. If you haven’t received an email with this detail, please check in your spam inbox. Please also double check that you entered the correct email address for your account.
- After your package is received by USPS and starts a movement, an estimated delivery date will be provided by checking the tracking number.
- If you have not received your package but the online tracking system states the item has been delivered, please reach out to your local post office to file a claim. In some cases, orders may be left on the side of your house or at a neighbor’s house.
- For orders where we are provided with incorrect shipping details and they are fulfilled, we are not responsible for. Please reach out to USPS if this occurs.
- If USPS sets up a Return To Sender, we may assist with a resent or refund in this case.
- We have seen in some situations that USPS may incorrectly scan a departing package as delivered with the intention of having it delivered the next business day.
- Please contact us if you have not received your order after 7 business days that the online tracking system states that the item has been delivered.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping to Canada. More countries will be added. You can calculate your shipping prior to check out.
Duties, Taxes, Customs & Other Fees
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). You are responsible for checking with the shipping destination country as to their regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes or other fees that may be applied.
Bella 3D is not be responsible for, nor can we offer, any specific advice regarding any customs-related fees that you may incur.
Returned Packages
In the case that a package is refused and shipped back to Bella 3D, if the items are received in the same condition as sent to the receiver, we will refund the customer for the the products only. Please note that any return shipping fees, customs duties, or other associated fees that are billed to Bella 3D by the carrier will be deducted from the refund amount.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will be notified with your tracking information via e-mail once your order is shipped.
